Recipient of a scholarship for the 2007-2008 school year, Rodger is a graduate of Northwoods High School in Shreveport, LA, and is the grandson of Vince and Rene Willett of Hope, AR.

Currently attending Louisiana Tech at Ruston, LA, Rodger is soon to be starting his junior year and plans to major in Aviation Management.
